12 Yr Old Girl Prostituted by Her Dad and Man Who Raped Her Goes Unpunished!

A 12yr old girl in Perth was given to prostitution by her dad as “Evil 8” and was raped by a man who was not found guilty by the court.

The man named Mitchell Baldwin was brought to trial before the judge in WA district for raping the girl from January 2014 to April 2015 approx forcefully when she was taken by her dad to Mitchell’s residence.

But the defense lawyer stated that the father and daughter never went to Mitchell’s home and he did not rape her.

But On the contrary, the girl stated that she was sexually abused and her father was in the same room. Adding to this she said that she wept and fought with the abuser to stop it and was panicked.

But her 47 yr old dad stated that the incident of it was petrifying and he was pursuing to forget it.

Judge Michael Bowden gave his judgment on Wednesday and found that the 12 yr old was indeed raped as her proof is more evident. But he was not sure whether it was Baldwin who did it.

Speaking on this Bowden stated: “I am not satisfied that the state has excluded all reasonable hypothesis consistent with innocence.”

Adding to this he said that there is a lot of inconsistency in the proofs especially on the house and the abuser.

“I accept that (she) was doing her best to assist the court,” he said.

“She has been the subject of horrific sexual abuse over a number of years at the hand of at least eight males, including her father.”

Her dad was said to be imprisoned for 20 yrs earlier and six other men who were convicted were sentenced for 3 to 13 yrs. Besides, yet another person who was alleged in the investigation was free from all charges.
