Post Malone and Tyler Armes Sue against Each Other!

The once friends and now turned rivals, Post Malone and Tyler Armes have sued each other over the successful album ‘circles’ which was out in 2019.

On April 7^th Malone had petitioned to the New York Federal attorney to state that Tyler has no rights on ‘Hollywood’s Bleeding’ track’s rights and did not write the song.

His statement stated that: “It is an age-old story in the music business that when a song earns the type of runaway success that ‘Circles’ has garnered, and individuals will come out of the woodwork falsely claim to take credit for the song, and demand unwarranted and unearned windfall profits from the song.”

He had filed a case after Tyler had filed his case in California the same day. The statement said that Malone’s producer Frank Dukes and Universal Music Group as defense and says that he needs the “writer and co-producer acknowledgment, as well as prospective and retroactive royalties and other money owed from the track.”

Whereas Armes statement states that: “although Post has freely admitted that Armes co-wrote ‘Circles’ with him and Dukes during the August 2018 session at Dukes’ studio, Post and Dukes have refused to credit [him] and as a co-writer and have refused to pay [him] a fair share of the monies derived from the exploitation of ‘Circles.’”

Tyler is said to join Malone and Frank Dukes in August 2018 when he was introduced by Malone’s manager Dre London for recording in Dukes “Toronto Studio.”
