Daniel Craig reveals his favorite James Bond gadgets, no not the ones he used in his films. The British actor bid farewell to 007 with “No Time to Die”, and he had been playing James Bond since 2006. In a recent interview for No Time to Die, Craig shared his journey about the James Bond role. He also revealed his favorite 007 gadget.
The gadgets used in 007 films and other fancy devices were developed by Q.
Q is a part of the fictional research and development division of the British Secret Service. No James Bond movie is without stunts, jaw-dropping locations, amazing cars, and gadgets.
While discussing his journey in the James Bond role, Daniel Craig revealed his favorite 007 gadget “My favorite gadget is, I think Sean Connery used to use it, it was sort of like a silver box with a switch on it, and a red light went on. I don’t know what it did, but it opened doors, blew things up, and was, you know, simple. Simple is best as far as gadgets are concerned.” Craig says that gadgets have to be simple but still intriguing and fun.
Daniel Craig was talking about Connery’s mysterious unlocking machine in You Only Live Twice. The film also features other gadgets, including a waterproof bag, rocket guns, lipstick gas, and an x-ray desk.
