Comedian and actor T.J.Miller had some ‘tea’ to spill about Ryan Reynolds and Deadpool 3 recently. He was a guest at the Adam Corolla Show podcast where he said Reynolds had changed after the success of Deadpool. Miller further added, “I got along with him a lot better on the first Deadpool because he wasn’t a huge, huge movie star.”
Miller recollected a “not a great experience” on the set of Deadpool, claiming Reynolds, “as the character, he was horrifically mean to me as if I’m Weasel. So he was like, ‘You know what’s great about you, Weasel? You’re not the star, but you do just enough exposition so that it’s funny, and then we can leave and get back to the real movie.’”
However, it is notable that ‘Weasel’ is the character that Miller plays in the film and this was said by Reynolds when filming an extra take.
Miller went on to add that Reynolds is, “kind of an insecure dude,” and that he loved him “as a comedian” but, “Would I work with him again? No, I would not work with him again,”
