Jaime King and Kyle Newman are currently amidst their separation through a divorce. King is ordered to pay over $1,400 per month for child and spousal support. Sources state that Jaime has not paid the base amount of about $429/month in child support and another $1,000/month as ordered by the court. Kyle extends his allegations, stating how Jaime does not disclose her income details as per court orders.
Kyle also claims their family residence was up for sale without his consent and that the transactions worth $1.5 million are currently frozen. Newman says he chose to be a stay-at-home dad for their kids and asks for about $700,000 as an attorney fee, a sum from the sale of the house, and a sum for not complying with the court orders.
Since the support sum is also not reaching him, Kyle says he is falling short of his livelihood and has fallen deeper into debt. Kyle says he has been taking cash from his retirement savings to move forward with his necessities.
