He allegedly murdered his wife in 2012 and pleaded not guilty to be released in 2015 on a $1.5 million bond while facing the trial. He disappeared immediately and even got listed in U.S Marshals 15 Most Wanted Fugitive List.
On Monday morning, he was caught by Newport Beach Police Department at Los Angeles International Airport.
The accused is expected to face the trial for evading the government procedure in addition to murder accusation. If convicted, Chadwick may face maximum of 25 years imprisonment.
