A must-watch-film if you like romantic, sexy and comedy is ‘Hooking Up.’ Starring Sam Richardson and Brittany Snow it gives you a platter of all genres in one. The pair have given their best with their characters and it is worth your money to watch in 2020.
The story revolves around a road trip where the pair meets in a school cheering for two different groups. Bailey (Sam) is said to be a testicular cancer survivor who has come in support of a cancer support team that is facing a new analysis of the disease. On the other hand, Darla (Brittany Snow) plays a sex therapist and columnist in a magazine that has been issued by the attorney to participate in sex therapy.
Their looming issues bring them closer on a night with they attend their sessions which is blossomed friendship initiated by Darla. This was Darla suggests Bailey accompany for a ‘cross-country road trip’ where she acts out her sexual past and urging him for a sexual gambol prior to his next surgery. But her motive is basically to write a new column for her editor to avoid her termination from her job.
But soon her plans come to light and she goes through the worst of the time when they share their depression, addictions and whether these two can lead a happy life. The film is written by Nico Raineau alongside Lauren Schacher. Music is composed by Greg Townley and cinematographed by Jeff Bierman.
