Actress Come Author Patricia Bosworth Dies Due to Corona!

Being popular for her stage performances, Patricia Bosworth sacrificed it to become an author to write biographies of some prominent pals and 2 influential biographies.

The 88 yr old had died after getting affected by a coronavirus. Her death has been part of the pandemic deaths. The news broke when she died in Manhattan on Thursday.

She is survived by her stepdaughter Fia Hatsav who said that she was already a pneumonia patient and it paved way for corona to affect her. Though she was renowned as an actress she said in a statement that she learned method acting along with Marlon Brando and Marilyn Monroe.

Further, she had done incredible roles onstage and in a movie along with Audrey Hepburn.

But her utmost desire was writing and her dreams were fulfilled when she had received the apt story from her friends in the entertainment industry. Some of her friends were Brando, Montgomery Clift, and ace photographer Diane Arbus.

Besides, she etched a place for herself as a journalist and also an editor and author for popular publications. Moreover, she was part of Vanity Fair as an editor for a long time.

Her best books were “Anything Your Little Heart Desires: An American Family Story” (1997)” which revolves around her fascinating father who was a lawyer who was seen fighting for “two of the Hollywood Ten in the postwar anti-Communist hysteria” and his career was lost due to the blacklist.

He was then addicted to barbiturates and alcohol and ended suicide in 1959 and her younger sibling killed himself with a gun in his dormitory in Reed College in 1953 in Oregon as he was handling depression and battling with his homosexuality.

So her books were mostly dealing with suicides or self-destruction and she shared that it made her understand “one of the ways I coped with and tried to understand why the two men I loved most in the world had decided to kill themselves.”
