Alex Reid and His Partner ‘Upset’ of Their IVF Process Stopped Due to COVID-19

The ex-cage fighter Alex Reid and his lady love are quite worried as their IVF treatments are halted due to the corona crisis. But this time they are alert as they had experienced miscarriages before.

Alex was earlier married to Katie Price and now with Nicholas Menashe his partner he has been attempting to do IVF which has failed till now. Back in February, it was said they tried their 4^th time of IVF but their desires of having a baby have been stopped by the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

Further, all the healthcare centers have halted other procedure which is non-essential and are focusing on patients affected with Corona Virus.

Speaking on the distress Alex stated: “Yeah it’s sad but I mean in the grand scheme of things for myself, I take it for granted.  ‘I’m not getting any younger, I’m 44 years old so I, you know, I want to have a child now and enjoy as much as I can while I’m young. But I will have a child, it’s just a question of when we’ve got four embryos in the freezer. So it’s just annoying it’d be a little bit longer.”

Nicholas who’s way to younger than Reid said that: “it’s ‘upsetting’ because she was ‘mentally, emotionally and physically’ prepared to start the process again.” She continued saying: “At the end of the day, I understand why the government has stopped procedures. This isn’t an emergency.  ‘I would much rather that people, who have got cancer, have chemotherapy over me going through IVF.”
