Atlantis, one of the sought-after places in Palm Jumeriah is the one-stop destination for high-profiles. The luxury chain is set to launch its next venture of the hotel in the name “The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences,” at the end of 2020.
The new plush project is sure to outdo the older version with enthralling suites. With the finishing touches on progress, the biggest venture is sourced worth a sum of 1.4 billion and it is constructed by Kerzner group.
The hotel is nestled on the sprawling sides of “The Palm in 63 hectares facing the major sides of the sea. The design is crafted with 2 scintillating towers bridged by an exotic spa space that has brought laurels and prestigious awards to its kitty.
The assurance to the VIP inmates is a breathtaking swimming pool to topnotch chefs which is a “new generation of distinctive luxury.” The building was initiated in 2014 and now it’s on the edge of completing it.
The head of Atlantis Timothy Kelly stated that: “The external structure is complete and we are now progressing with the interior and finishings.”
Further, top architects from KPF said that: “a series of discrete human-scaled blocks arranged for optimal views, stacked to span overdramatic voids.”
Adding to this Kelly spoke that the infrastructure and model of the towers are unique from each other. Royal Atlantis has two sections one is a resort and the other is completely a residence. Both are linked with lounges, cabanas and so on.
The resorts have almost 793 rooms and executive suites on 43 floors along with exclusive clubs, restaurants, and bars. When it comes to apartments the price comes around $ 2million with 231 swanky 2 to 5 BHK spaces. Several abodes have special features like “terrace gardens and spacious pools. Another added specialty is that there is access to a private beach.”
The luxury complex will also facilitate a spa with common bath, fitness and treatment rooms. The array of succulent food joints will have Michelin star chefs like Heston, Blumenthal and Jose Andres.
Tim stated that: “In the lobby, you are greeted by a 10-meter-tall sculptured feature that floats on water and is designed to emulate the first rains of Dubai each season,” says Kelly. “The lobby will (also) be home to three stunning aquariums, one of which will be the largest jellyfish tank in the world.”
The enticing hotel is stepping into the market with other peers which is developing prior to “Dubai hosting Expo 2020 which is expected to have 25 million people.” “Editor of Hotelier Middle East Magazine Claudia stated that: We’re seeing ambitious development goals from hotel properties in Dubai with the aim of opening in time for Expo 2020.”
As per sources, there have been 2500 hotels that emerged at the Dubai market in which most of them are lush hotels.
