The Game maker Bungie gave a glimpse of the upcoming route to its next online shooter Destiny 2 on Tuesday in a Twitch live video where he shared the details on where the game will be for this fall and how they have decided to back after Microsoft and Sony’s latest console come.
But the happiest part is that there will be not one but three main extensions which will keep the game alive till 2022.
The Destiny sequel by Bungie was started in 2014 as the debut property of the founder Halo which had some kind of constant release tempo. It had tiny updates that are revealed once in a few months. For the first series, it came up to 4 years.
This was the same with the second series of Destiny which was released in 2017 and since then it had 2 main fall extensions and seasonal notifications that Bungie had been redefining the way to have the right formula.
But that has been varying in a huge way and he had been speaking about his future plans and more for the year ahead. Luke Smith the game director stated that Destiny 2 will have the Beyond Light extension for this year fall in September 22nd, and Witch Queen in 2021 and Lightfall in 2022.
