It’s an emotional moment for not just Chris Evans but also Marvel fans around the globe as he will be retiring as Captain America, a role that the 37-year-old actor lived for the past eight years. People were left in a state of shock when Chris tweeted that he has officially wrapped on Avengers 4 and that it was an honor playing the role for so long.

Though there were rumors surrounding his retirement from the role, this came as sudden news and fans actually thanked the actor for his performance as the very first Avenger.
“You want to get off the train before they push you off”, once Chris admitted about his role as Captain America. With Thanos wiping away half the world and now that all the superheroes being dead in Infinity War, the world is eager to find what the next installment in the series is all about.
