Cool Things That You Cannot Do in America

Well, the world’s favorite country doesn’t really approve of certain cool things, and you’d be surprised to know what Americans can and can’t do!

1.   Internet Cafes Are Banned in Florida

Remember sipping on your favorite drink while stalking your crush on Orkut? No matter how nostalgic Internet cafes are, you can’t open one in Florida. As part of an initiative to cut down gambling, a law was passed to shut down all the Internet cafes in the state. Sad that the future generation can never experience the fun of Chat rooms!

2.   You Can’t Booze on a U.S Beach

Liquor consumption on the beaches of the US is strictly banned because there are chances it can cause a nuisance to the public and litter the place. But, if you are badly craving a drink, there are specific beaches such as Carmel Beach, California, Cocoa Beach, Florida, Cumberland Island, Georgia, etc that allow boozing.

3.   No Texting and Walking in Hawaii

Your mother will no longer be the only one who is annoyed seeing you glued to your mobile screen, the Hawaiian government has strictly banned texting and walking on the roads of the island state. Beware, you can also be fined a sum of $15 for the same.

4.   You Can’t Sell or Carry Kinder Eggs

Strictly disapproved by America’s FDA (Food and Drug Administration), Kinder Joy can’t be sold or carried within the country as the toys in it are considered a choking hazard to kids.

5.   No Playing Poker for Money

Though there are licensed casinos where you can play poker for money, doing it within the walls of your own house is considered illegal. Forget real cash games at home, folks!
