COVID-19 Patients in Russia Soars to 250,000

The COVID-19 has been a threat across the globe and Russia is no less to this as it has overtaken other countries soaring up to 250,000. Despite their daily increase has now reduced below 10,000 for 2 weeks.

On the other hand, the US officials have alleged China for hacking into US research firms that are working on the coronavirus control.

Further, the UN has been stating that the ongoing crisis will hit an approx of 34.3 million to unimaginable poverty especially in Africa.

As of the latest reports 4.34 million have been affected by corona and almost 296,000 have been prey to the disease and 1.6 million have recovered.

Rohingya, Bangladesh

As per UN sources the refugee camps in Rohingya, south of Bangladesh have been affected by the pandemic disease widely. The infected people are approx 1 million.

A Rohingya native and another has been infected by the virus as per a senior Bangladeshi authority and UN spokeswoman. They were the first to be affected amidst the most crowded places in the country.

The Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner Mahbub Alam Talukder stated that: “Today they have been taken to an isolation center after they tested positive.”

Poland to Keep Schools Shut

The educational institutions in Poland will remain shut until June 26^th and it was confirmed by the deputy education minister on Thursday. Only daycare centers will be operated for toddlers as the country is trying to control the pandemic disease.
