David Spade’s Eye on a West Hollywood Estate!

The home he resides is a 1920 Spanish style $2.3 million worth nestled in Beverly Hills locality in West Hollywood. It is spread across 2,200 Sq.ft with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Even though David has a long time owned plush classic estate in Tony Trousdale in Beverly Hills, sources stated that he has been eyeing another property in the Trousdale area which a newly constructed modern home that comes up to a sum of $11 million.

The home he resides is a 1920 Spanish style $2.3 million worth nestled in Beverly Hills locality in West Hollywood. It is spread across 2,200 Sq.ft with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Sources say that there are adjacent living rooms and dining rooms and a large fireplace, wall covers with unique designs and hardwood floors. Besides the dining, there is an open designed kitchen and family room extension at the lawn via a wall of glass. The main bedroom is a plush space with a fireplace, with a walk-in closet and skylight based bathroom with a large steam shower and so on.

Marcie Harley introduced the seller at Hilton & Hyland and David was into the deal by agents Stuart Vettrick at the venue.

The former “Saturday Night Live” star and now hosting the late-night show “Lights Out with David Spade” previously owned a sea-faced abode at Malibu’s La Costa Beach which he purchased back in 2005 for $9.3 million and later sold it for $10.25 million to Netflix Chief Content Ted Sarandos.
