Elisabeth Kieselstein-Cord’s Sudden Death Sent Shock Waves!

Artist and socialite Elisabeth Keiselstein Cord Hamm passed away at the age of 41 due to Lyme disease. Hamm was popular in the fashion and film industry. She took her last breath on 28 August 2021. Not only the town of Southampton but also her fans from all over the world were in shock.

Hamm’s death was confirmed by her father, Barry Keiselstein Cord, popular jewelry and luxury goods designer. Her father added that “Lyme never leaves, it appears in one form or another, it is an insidious and miserable disease,” he said, “Despite various treatments over the years, it continued to manifest itself in countless ways. Regardless, Elisabeth fought it and continued in her many creative endeavors.” Elizabeth had Lyme disease, caused mainly by the Borrelia Burgdorferi bacteria, primarily transmitted through the deer tick.

Elisabeth Keiselstein was born on 25 December 1979 to Barry and Cece Keiselstein in North America. She grew up in Louisiana and later moved to New Mexico. She did her schooling at Chaplin and Trinity School in New York. She later went to Georgetown University to study creative writing and art. Elisabeth is one of the most famous faces in the high fashion world.

Elisabeth has achieved many accomplishments. She worked as a runway model and was featured in many fashion editorials and magazines, including the Harper’s Bazaar, Donna Karan, American, and Italian Vogue. She was even nominated for Oscars in 1997 for the film “Deconstructing Harry.” Elisabeth Kieselstein’s death left her family, friends, and fashion community in shock.
