Enmity amidst Rock Bands is Now Gone! Why?

With the initial glimpse, there were the least of possibilities for Sleaford Mod and white-pants indie urchin Sports Team to be at peace. The first is from agitprop Venus, and the latter was disco, Mars. But at the point, they are eventually soul mates.

Each of them has its own identity and colorful style as they are making sure to revive their band vs band feud.

They haven’t changed a bit in all these years except they have their studs up, and act like holy cows. In 2019 Sleaford Mod’s Jason Williamson brought in gasps and massive faints by questioning the qualifications of holy shirtless rockers Idles, disrespecting especially rockers from middle-class backgrounds.

Besides the Sports Team who released their first music album ‘Deep Down Happy’ last Friday highlighted James Joyce worshipping Mercury entrants Fontaines DC. They wept the Dubliners as “mid-forties” and followers of “wealthy craft-ale.”  They also went on to say about “south Londoners Shame and decreed red-haired panto-pop crew HMLTD “one of the worst bands ever”.

Digs like these feel bad and also a little enjoyable but it is not how it was to be. This year embarks the 25^th anniversary of Blur vs Oasis the worst chart enmity that necessarily defines British Pop.

It turned worst but not worst as Morrissey Idly joking back in the ’80s about killing ‘The Cure’s Robert Smith’. This in turn made Smith give a befitting reply stating: “If Morrissey says not to eat meat, then I’m going to eat meat; that’s how much I hate Morrissey.”
