She went on to answer queries ranging from her diet to her daily routine. The first question the brunette answered was about the most speculated diet of the 44-year old fashion designer. She says, “I expect a lot from my body-I’m 44, I’ve got four kids, I work a lot, I travel. For me to do all that, I have to eat healthily and work out”. Her healthy diet includes lots of fresh fish, fresh vegetables, fruits and heaps of water to stay hydrated. She opened up about her penchant for tequila and red wine and even stated that she drinks them a lot.
Workout Regime
If not for wholesome food and wine, the Out of Your Mind artist can be found on the treadmill. When one of the questions regarding the popstar’s daily routine was shot out, she shares that she starts her day with the treadmill and goes on to cardio and strength training. “30-minutes legs, 30-minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core”, the fashion designer revealed. She knows the key to a fit life with her intense workout and healthy diet.
Family Time
Once the intense gym session gets over, she spends the rest of the day dropping her kids off at school, heading to the office and traveling. Despite spending a lot of time working hard on fitness, this adorable mother and a lovely wife dedicate her special time for family.
