His films with Katharine are “Woman of the Year” (1942), the classic “Adam’s Rib” in the middle and ending with “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner?” shot prior to his death in 1967.
Speculations were rife that the two had been in a relationship for years which was quite under the wraps. It is also said that Hepburn was with him all throughout his sickness and until his death.
