A batch of New Jersey high school students stroke it lucky when they decided to drop by the Philadelphia art museum this Monday to take a look at the “ Rocky Balboa” statue and had a once in a lifetime chance of meeting the star in the flesh.
“When the students first arrived at the museum, they went to the statue and somebody said, ‘Hey, you just missed Sylvester Stallone,'” said CATHS Principal Edgard Nieves in a statement. “Nobody believed he was there, and then two black SUVs pulled up.”
The 73-year-old macho star of Hollywood himself visited to take a look at the iconic statue of the 7 sequel award winner movie series. When one of the students from the Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism School in Paterson told this pointing at him some of them hadn’t believed that they thought that it could be a star’s look alike. But later on, recognizing the legendary actor they ran over to him and greeted him with overwhelming joy.
The muscle man was humble enough to ask the fans to gather around for a picture in front of the statue and later posted the video of this small event on his official Instagram page captioning “And moments later, suddenly appeared some of the best fans in the world! I’m a lucky man thanks to you guys! #KeepPunching”
