Here’s why Wednesday star Jenna Ortega is not interested in a relationship!

Jenna Ortega opens up about her thoughts of being in a relationship, saying, “I almost don’t even find myself interested,” in the recent episode of Armchair Expert

She even talks about the commitment of trusting a person in the relationship, saying, “but I think a big part of it is self-esteem. Like, I don’t think I’m ready to be that vulnerable or trusting with someone.” 

The star who has been building and progressing in her career says, “I was in a relationship for a couple of years, but I stopped when things got too hectic.”

Ortega stresses how work-oriented she is currently, stating, “If there’s one thing I’m going to focus on, which is probably something I need to change it’s gonna be my work.”

The Wednesday actor also says, “Maybe I am too obsessed with my work, but the idea of relationships stresses me out. And also being that vulnerable with someone and having to get to know someone that well and having someone see you for all that you are…My brain knows that I don’t need to think about that right now,” talking about the vulnerability involved in a relationship and how that might impact her. 

She also added, as there are uncertainties in the relationship, that might impact people in her life, and those watching her publically “I am so fearful of disappointing the people in my life, or even people in public.”
