JLo reveals her goals and intentions for 2022

The past year has been great for Lopez, and with huge positivity, she is heading into 2022! The 52-year old actress has recently revealed her aspirations for 2022 in Instagram Video.

She began her minute-long Instagram video by saying “It’s raining outside right now, and that puts me in a pensive mood and I was just thinking before I head to work out what my intentions are for this year. She also added, “Just thinking about being mindful of what I want my life to be, and knowing that my thoughts create my life and keeping those positive so I can grow to be my best this year — better than ever mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally to be the best mother I can be, the best partner I can be, the best friend can be, the best daughter, sister, boss, person that I can be.” At the end of the video, Lopez encouraged her fans to comment with their intentions. She captioned the Instagram post, It’s #MotivationMonday ✨ I wanna know what your goals and intentions are for this year!!! Maybe we do them together. Tell me in the comments below 🤍”

Lopez has twins MLopez Maximillian David and Emme Maribel, 13. She is currently in a relationship with Ben Affleck. Ben and Lopez were engaged in 2002, postponed their wedding in 2003, and ended their relationship in 2004. The pair patched up after 18 years, after ending their engagement. Lopez is also busy promoting her film, Marry me.
