The pop sensation Jennifer Lopez is turning 53 this July but she remains ageless and fit as ever. Well if you’re wondering what’s keeping her toned and healthy, it is her mediating and diet habits that have been making her look ever gorgeous.
She stated once in a statement that: “I have a well-rounded regimen that helps me stay fit,” “First, meditation is one of my secrets for looking and feeling better. I work out regularly and love to dance,” she added and Two of my go-to workout pros are Tracy Anderson and David Kirsch.”
J Lo also said: “It has always been about maintenance,” and I take more and more pride in maintaining a healthy routine — whether it is how I take care of my skin or my body as a whole.”
Healthy Breakfast
Though she’s a busy bee she never fails to have her breakfast as per sources from a food magazine it is said that she begins her day with a smoothie along with a spoon of Body Lab Tasty Shake Powder, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, ice, etc.

No Alcohol and Caffeinated Coffee
Though people are addicted to coffee every day, Lopez is just the opposite. She had spoken saying: “I haven’t had caffeine in years.” She also added saying: “I’m rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreens. I’ve never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself, and I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”
Though she is not a lover of caffeine or alcohol she drinks decaf coffee and rarely alcohol.
Fruits & Veggies for Snacks
Whenever she feels like having snack time she opts for fruits and veggies as she is conscious of maintaining a healthy life. She said: “I always have healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables with me, and have them before meals.” And she also has nuts.
Seafood or Salads for Lunch
Besides a healthy breakfast balancing lunch is also important and J Lo opts for salmon along with Broccoli, zucchini, and pepper with a drizzle of Vinaigrette as per sources. Besides this, she sometimes goes for salads like Kale with queso.
Light Menu for Dinner
As for dinner, Jennifer Lopez goes for a lighter menu like grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast, sautéed Brussels sprouts, and baked yams with a pinch of sea salt. Dietician Keri Glassman stated that: “though chicken dinner is an excellent whole food meal it would be better to add a little fat like “grass-fed butter on the yams.”
