Among many of those who accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment and rape, six women testified against him in court over the past two weeks. Jessica Mann testified for nearly three days and told the jury that Harvey Weinstein is the rapist.
She explained to the jury that she was raped twice in the year 2013 in a hotel in Los Angeles and New York City respectively. Both the incidences happened within eight months interval. Harvey Weinstein was angry and cruel and ordered her to obey him while he raped her.
“You owe me one more time!” she claimed he screamed at her. She said she begged him not to take off her clothes, but he said, “I don’t have time for games,” and allegedly ripped off her pants before pushing her legs apart and raping her.
“He is my rapist,” she told jurors definitively.
