Popularly known for his comic performances, Kumail is now set to star in the Magnum Opus Marvel sequel “The Eternals” which is to hit the screens in November 2020.
Social media has been eying Nanjiani’s transformation in the recent days. He first posted a pic back in August at the Disney D23 event and many replied saying his arms looked “swole.”
On Monday the actor posted his complete look with 2 pictures shirtless captioning with “The Dark Knight”: “You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.”
Kumail also stated that he did this transformation all by himself at the sets of the film without fitness trainers. He also added saying “would not have been able to do this if I didn’t have a full year with the best trainers and nutritionists paid for by the biggest studio in the world.”
Adding to this he said: “I’m glad I look like this, but I also understand why I never did before. It would have been impossible without these resources and time.”
Fans started flooding his posts and one was from Tan France who said: “ARE YOU F—ING KIDDING ME? I AM LIVID.” Whereas Chelsea Handler commented: “This is ridiculous. This means anyone can get fit.”
