Litigation pile on Boeing as Lion Air co-pilot’s family files lawsuit!

Quite a number of lawsuits have been filed against the world’s largest aircraft manufacturer for its faulty design that made Lion Air’s flight610 plunge into the Java Sea on Oct 29. Taking a toll of all 189 lives on board, the automated MCAS made the flight’s nose point down as a result of a false stall warning.

With the U.S based law firms gathering support from the victims’ families, the litigations to sue Boeing have grown more in number. In the burning turmoil against the Chicago based company, co-pilot Harvino’s family, who are based in Jakarta, have come forward to file a wrongful death case.

Blaming Boeing for not providing proper information in the instruction manual, Gardiner Koch Weisberg & Wrona has made it clear that both the pilots were well-experienced with 11,000 flight hours combined together.

In spite of Boeing claiming that its 737 MAX is as safe as any airplane that has flown the skies, experts are sure that the doomed flight wasn’t airworthy.
