This weekend saw Cara De La rushing to the hospital to deliver her second child post suffering from pre-eclampsia.
The convicting picture of the Love Island star saw her in white bottoms with tropical leaf patterns on it and she covered her top with her arms.
She tied her tresses to a messy bun with her belly protruding out.
Cara wrote below the post: “The reality of having [a] baby.”
It is natural and common for new moms to have a post-delivery bump for a few days.
The baby girl is Cara’s second whom she shares with hubby Nathan Massey 28.
The couple saw each other at season 2 Love Island in 2016 which they eventually won.
They parted ways the next year prior to the month when Cara said she is pregnant with her now 2 yr old son Freddie-George.
Soon they rekindled and tied the knot in July 2019 prior to announcing they were expecting their second child in March this year.
About her hospital rush Cara’s spokesperson said: “Due to the pre-eclampsia diagnosis, Cara has been admitted to hospital to be induced early for the safety of her and her baby.”
“Her husband Nathan is with her in hospital at this time.”
A picture was shared from the hospital with her husband next to her as the pair were seen wearing face masks waiting to see their doctor.
Cara wrote: “Wonder how long we’re going to be here,” and added, “Wild Saturday for mum & dad.”
Responding jokingly Nathan wrote: “How my weekends have changed.”
