It’s a homecoming trip to Madonna’s adopted children from Malawi. The 62-year-old pop songstress takes a family vacation to Malawi, an African country from where she adopted four children David Banda (15), Mercy James (14), Stella (8), and Estere (8). She posted on Instagram about the trip with the hashtag ‘#homecoming’.

As the outrage on the death of George Floyd Minneapolis security personnel has been burning amidst the people, Madonna’s post on social media backfires.
Amidst the rage of Floyd been brutally killed by a police officer who kneeled on his neck, Madonna shared a video of her son David Banda making a move to Michael Jackson’s song “They Don’t Care About Us.”
She posted with a caption saying: “Brutal murder travels around the world my son David Dances to honor and pay tribute to George and His Family and all Acts of Racism and Discrimination that happen on a daily basis in America. #davidbanda #JusticeforGeorgeFloyd #MichaelJackson.”
But the pop sensation was criticized for her post and many followers slammed her in anger.
April Reign the maker of #OscarsSoWhite responded to the tweet saying: “Nobody asked Madonna to weigh in today. Not a soul. Unforced errors among public figures have been rampant this month.”
Further, Akilah Green TV writer stated that the footage was “worse than that Pepsi can,” highlighting an unpopular ad that Kendall Jenner was part of.
But few made funny statements thanking Madonna for “ending racism.”
The incident of Floyd’s demise has brewed more painful talks the way U.S police ill-treat black Americans which ended up shooting the cop, Derek Chauvin. The protestors have also asked the authorities who were part of the murder to be punished with criminal charges.
The outrage has been widely witnessed in almost all parts of the cities since Thursday.
This is not new to the singer as she has been slammed a few weeks back for making weird comments publicly.
