Mark Wahlberg’s Instagram saw a soaring picture posted which has been skipping fans’ heart a beat. His dedication to building up his body and working out at the gym within 6 months has made him reach this far.
His shirtless picture has been soaring the internet on fire as he has come back after several years.
It’s not the 1st time as he had shaped up his body way back in 2013 when he was shooting for the movie “Pain & Gain” alongside Dwayne Johnson. The 48-year-old actor has been under a strict diet and training.
He posted the picture captioning it: “Six months of Performance Inspired Nutrition, Aquahydrate, and F45 training!! Clean eating. Inspired to be better, team training/life-changing.”
The photo had given wow moments not only to his fans but also to celebrities lauding his hard work and sincerity. Mark Wahlberg has been recently promoting F45 training methods to reach his fitness regime.
He had also been bringing his son Brendan along with him to his fitness center. A sneak of him helping his 11-year-old son to do pull-ups has been doing rounds.
