The Marvel fans’ long-awaited movie is nearing its days to finally hit the screen. As a December treat, Marvel Studios released a teaser-trailer of Back Widow on its Social Media pages yesterday.
Here’s a quick intro of Black Widow. When Natasha Romanoff finds herself at a point where she cannot run from the past anymore, she decides to finish some unfinished business and settle things that are haunting her for long. But she can’t do it alone, either. Black Widow needs her family’s help. And while we’re thrilled that Black Widow finally gets the hero status she deserved to get yesterday, we wonder if other male superheroes would need this kind of assistance.
The teaser-trailer created mixed responses where some are thrilled with batted breath for the trailer to drop. While some are a bit disappointed that Concept art of the Task Master character shown so far wasn’t quite the classic look, but was much closer to it than this is.
And yes, there’s the Black Widow brand of action that we so love. The highlight is a particular duel between Johansson and Florence Pugh as Yelena. At the end of the edge-of-the-seat fight, Yelena is revealed to be Natasha’s sister in the trailer. Interestingly, as per the comic book, Yelena is a second Black Widow.
