The electrifying award show, 2021 MTV EMAs, made many of the biggest global stars gather in one place. The Europe Music Awards was hosted by the “Best Friend” act Saweetie took place at the László Papp Budapest Sports Arena in Budapest, Hungary, on 14th November.

The 30-year-old English megastar Ed Sheeran bagged the award for Best Artist and Best Song, especially for his song “Bad Habits.” Nicki Minaj, Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo, Maluma, and Saweetie also won awards. The South Korean boy band BTS never fails to surprise audiences. The band took four awards home in categories, including Best K-Pop, Best Pop, Best Group, and Biggest Fans. The MTV EMA also had splendid performances of Ed Sheeran, Maluma, Kim Petras, Yungblud, and more. The five young LGBTQ+ activists would be honored with the EMA Generation Change Award. The Kid Laroi, Olivia Rodrigo, and former EMA dominated the five nominations.
