Measles is said to be the highly contagious disease, mostly attacking small children. On Sunday, more than 35 confirmed measles cases, were found in the state of Washington. The Governor has raised an emergency in order to control the infection.
There were 34 cases in Clark County. The officials announced that out of 34, 24 were children who are at the age of 1–10. All these kids were suspected to be the one who might have missed measles immunization earlier.
The Governor, Jay Inslee ordered the Health Department to manage the situation and do all the needed facilities to the infected and also to take other helpful measures to stop this contagious diseases spreading more.
