The globe is in shock and sorrow when the 96-year-old Queen Elizabeth II passed away. Many priceless items that she left are vital to her, but her beloved horses and dogs are most likely the most significant. The Queen loved horses, and at the time of her demise, she owned more than 100. For decades, she rode them with pride.
The Queen was surrounded by family members who were horse owners, riders, and talkers since she was a young child. For more than 60 years, the Queen continued to breed and race horses. At Royal Ascot, one of the biggest racing events of the year, she had more than 20 wins.
One of Elizabeth’s greatest lasting affections is believed to be pets. She loves animals, and she especially enjoys dogs, a royal biographer named Ingrid Seward told Newsweek. They were her first and last love, according to the statement. At the time of her death on Sept. 8, 2022, Queen Elizabeth II had four dogs.
