The ace producer and actor Robert De Niro has now jumped into Netflix as well. Yes, he has now been part of “The Irishman,” a movie directed by Martin Scorsese. Starring opposite other prominent actors like Ray Ramon and Al Pacino the film is adapted from the novel “I Heard You Paint Houses” written by Charles Brandt.
Pacino had earlier shared screen space with Robert in Godfather Part II in 1974 but was not traveling together in the movie. In the upcoming series, De Niro acts as Pacino’s father in his younger days which later becomes Marlon Brando.
De Niro who plays the younger father to Pacino engages in a real Chess game where they compete with each other for an enthralling win. Though the characters keep us nail-biting it is just that one scene at a restaurant where the story leaves us thinking what next.
The movie immerses us with ample thrill as the ace actors lock their horns to bring more life to the scene. With some of the refined directors at work, it is expected to satisfy the audience with worth watching.
The movie is 3 ½ hrs and it is sure to entertain you to the fullest.
