Kurt Elling is an American Jazz singer and lyricist. He has won Grammy Awards twice for Best Vocal Jazz and has been nominated for Grammy ten times. A fan requested Elling to collaborate with BTS V. The Grammy award winner replied, “Thanks, I hope the same.”
Earlier in an interview with Variety, Taehyung mentioned that he would like to collaborate with Kurt Elling. “Kurt Elling is someone who has the vibes I like, someone I’d like to collaborate with,” Taehyung said.
V is a huge fan of jazz music, and he also likes instruments. He can play saxophone, violin, and trumpet. Taehyung even once said that “I’m also listening to old jazz songs by Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. Frank Sinatra is cool, like chilled wine; Sammy Davis Jr. is crazy talented.”
