Post his surgery Simon Cowell has sought the help of ‘healing crystals’ for a better recovery.
The record producer and one of BGT judges were hospitalized post falling from his electric bike and he was said to break his back in 4 major places the previous week.
The 60 yr old reality judge went through a 6 long hour surgery to be back on his feet post the horrific incident and was stated that he has a “back up and walking and moving around again” quick than doctors expected.
Adding to this he is now wishing and praying for fast healing with the help of healing crystals which is on his bedside.
The crystals are said to be complemented by his closest aid and believe the medications will enable him to regain his health.
Sources stated that: “Two of his friends had searched out and delivered some powerful healing energy crystals which he has with him.”
“Most people wouldn’t put Simon Cowell down as having crystals but he and Lauren have them around their home.”
“He’s in good spirits and his back is well on the mend.”
During his recovery process, Simon Cowell has quit his vegan diet for meat food.
Sources also stated that: “Lauren has been to the hospital to drop a few things off once each day. She has been making his favorite Italian bean soup and also cottage pie with turkey, which he loves.“
“His diet is incredibly healthy but there’s nothing better than traditional English comfort foods and treats when you’re on the mend.”
Here’s wishing Simon for a speedy recovery!
The record producer and music mogul Simon Cowell might be absent for BGT’s final episode.
The news emerges post he broke his spine last month falling from his new electric bike in his Malibu Mansion.
However, it was believed that he may come via video conference for the already halted show but now things look bad and he may not come as of now.
Sources said that: ‘It was decided that the idea of having him judge the BGT finalists via a link was just not feasible – nor sensible.’
‘Everything is fixed, he just needs healing time. Flying halfway across the world is not part of the plan and he has agreed to put his health first.’
Further other sources have also reached out to Simon Cowell reps and BGT for comments.
Meanwhile, the show’s producers are looking for a replacement which is to begin shooting in two weeks. One of the choices was said to be Piers Morgan.
But a source stated that it can’t be Piers ‘due to his ‘spat’ with another judge of BGT David Walliams.
Shooting has been altered to make sure the crew and the contestants can be safe and maintain social distance and the audience will be seen virtually this time.
As live shows are not possible the episodes will be filmed on prior and aired on the usual X-factor Saturday night premiering time.
Moreover, it was told earlier that Simon Cowell was planning to shoot a BGT exclusive in October with his fellow panel of judges Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, and David Walliams.
Speaking to Sun sources said: ‘Simon Cowell is a total workaholic and even an accident as nasty as he won’t keep him off for long. He’s been working from his home in Los Angeles since the accident happened and is in contact with his team.’
‘The plans for this one-off special of Britain’s Got Talent have been in the pipeline for months and he is convinced he will be well enough to take his place on the panel.’
‘The show will feature some of the best talents from the start of the series in 2007. Simon Cowell has been told to take it easy but he much prefers to be busy. Plus he loves working on BGT, so for him, it’s something to look forward to.’
The record producer had a huge weight loss within a year. While he was on BGT he says to Amanda Holden he has done press-ups “150 times before I come to work, in about three goes.”
He started checking on the health post he had low blood pressure and was admitted in the hospital back in 2017.
With the rigorous push-ups, Cowell had changed his diet hugely. He also spoke to Sun stating he has become vegan to be fit.
He stated: “A friend of mine, who is a doctor, recommended speaking to an expert, and I did it on a whim.”
“I was allergic to melon, so I didn’t eat it for six months, but I saw this man and he explained it and it made sense.
“Within 24 hours I changed my diet and I’ve not looked back since. You feel better, you look better.
“I cut out a lot of the stuff I shouldn’t have been eating and that was primarily meat, dairy, wheat, sugar — those were the four main things.”
He also added that he ensured to shed four stone on the whole and stated that he would not have felt better.
Further, Simon Cowell also said that he was having a tough time in quarantine as his son Eric tempts him to eat Pizza.
He continued saying: “I’m doing a bit of cooking. I’m exercising. Funny enough, more during this time as well, sticking to the diet.”
“The only difficult thing is when Eric orders a pizza . . . that’s the number one thing I miss.”
