Ozempic weight loss has gone trendy as the results are so visible and amazing. The doctor-com-celebrity, Dr. Terry Dubrow, was taking Ozempic to experiment if it works for a non-diabetic patient but quit after a while.
During the promotion of the eighth season of “Botched,” Terry revealed he took the medicine to lose weight and later changed his mind to stop it. He tried the medicine for a short time and it worked very well for him.
Losing many pounds was not his intention, he just wanted to give it a go. Just as he recommended the medicine for many patients, Terry wanted to test it as a non-diabetic, who wanted to lose no more than 10-15 pounds, “I wanted to see what it was like when you’re not diabetic and you only have 10-15 pounds to lose.”
Terry added that consuming this medicine has caused some side effects like “low-grade nausea” but he said it is still worth trying. Notably, he missed the joy of eating! He added, “I thought, ‘You know what, I kind of want to get my appetite back.’ The holidays are coming, and I want to enjoy myself, you go on vacation, maybe you don’t exercise, you eat too much.” He calls it a “Food Vacation,” where people don’t work out but eat whatever they want.
Further, the surgeon warned patients to limit their alcohol consumption when they are under Ozempic medication.
