In a horrific incident, a 19-year-old teenager allegedly carved his name on his girlfriend’s head wounding her badly. The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) arrested the accused and identified the suspect as Jackub Jackson Hildreth from San Antonio and the teenager is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the incident happened after the couple had an argument which later turned physical. The victim is identified as 22-year-old Catalina Mireles from San Antonio who elaborated on the crime scene to the police officials.
“He was going to put [me] in the closet until he figured out what he was going to do with my body,” she told media. She told police that on the afternoon of Dec. 5, Hildreth grabbed her by the neck and punched her in the face about 10 times. Following which he grabbed a sharp knife to lacerate his name on her forehead. He fleed the scene before the police arrived. However, he was nabbed by police later that day.
