The newly premiered film “The Call of the Wild” has been doing well at the theatres. But the use of CGI has now got into a lot of discussions and critics had stated that it is creepy using animals this way.
Starring Harrison Ford he is seen along with a dog which was like the one appearing in “Buck the dog.” Though it had criticism the PETA had been appreciating it as it was not used for showbiz.
This is as true for a film like this as Buck was not just a character but rather the lead and he goes through a hell of a tie throughout his journey. The movie is based on the book of Jack London and Harrison Ford had been accompanied by a swarm of talented star cast besides Buck.
STUNNING!
Harrison Ford's new film #CallOfTheWild uses 100% CGI animals. The beautiful visuals prove that you can make a film all about animals without exploiting a single one!
From a bear to Buck 🐶, the CGI is absolutely breathtaking.pic.twitter.com/tgLYqQ8JvN

Though Buck is the lead it’s obvious that the modern techniques have their own faults as it shows the difference between the artificial and the original dog.
Despite an audience looking for a fierce, emotional drama, it is a film just for entertainment for people who can take their children on a lazy weekend afternoon.
Well, it’s no harm to watch once!
