Few legal battles are faced by Tiger Woods after the latest breakup. After the break up with Erica Herman, a domestic lawsuit is filed in the Florida court. Herman is requesting more than $30 million in damages once blames him for locking her out of the Florida home they shared. NBC News obtain data regarding October 2022 lawsuit against the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust that Woods controls. As per the lawsuit, Erica Herman claims that the trust and its agents stole $40000 cash associated with her and made defamatory statements about how she obtained the money. Herman also stated that she had an oral tenancy agreement with Woods to remain at the house for five to six years before the breakup.
Woods’s attorney reported a reply to Herman’s lawsuit about the apparent incident of her being removed from the home, according to NBC News. In the document, it is stated that she was no longer welcome once the pair ended their relationship. Additionally, she responded to the breakup by finishing the lawsuit. The defendant asked for Herman’s lawsuit to be heard before a judge stated by a court filing obtained by People. Herman worked as the manager of Woods restaurant in Jupiter, Florida. The lawsuit also proclaimed that Woods has faced different troubles in these years including a sex scandal that led to divorce and a car crash near Los Angeles.
