US President Donald Trump look past the Democratic Congressional leaders over the dispute that’s been gushing for the past 19 days on a partial government shutdown.
It’s been almost a fortnight the US Government is under tight pressure over the funding for the border wall with Mexico. As Trump is firm in his desire of keeping the government shut down till he gets border security done.
The issue cropped-up, when the house representative speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer denied for a wall between The United States and Mexico. Trump just left just waving them, he has also tweeted saying
“Just left a meeting with Chuck and Nancy, a total waste of time. I asked what is going to happen in 30 days if I quickly open things up, are you going to approve Border Security which includes a Wall or Steel Barrier? Nancy said, NO. I said bye-bye, nothing else works!”
It is clear that he remembers his major campaign in 2016 and he wants to execute his promise. While many politicians just ignore all those pledges made by them during an election, here is a one who is determined to keep up all his promises. Bravo!
