Ariana Grande, the most followed pop icon by young fans has been in trouble in recent days. The buzz is that she had sued Forever21 for a sum of $10 million. This happened last month when she stated that her desire for clothing was misused and promoted by the firm with a lookalike model.
After the case was filed with the Los Angeles court both sides have requested for extending time. The case was earlier summoned on September 25th and now it has been postponed to November 8th.
The verdict stated that: “the parties stipulate to the entry of a Court Order extending Defendants’ deadline to respond to the Complaint, from September 25, 2019, to November 8, 2019, to allow the parties to continue meaningful settlement discussions.”
Soon after the verdict, it is said that things are not going the way that Ariana Grande and her crew wanted. Sources say that the singer’s sue against the fashion brand will not be solved as the firm is currently bankrupt. In case of no funds, all cases will be prolonged until and unless the fund issue is brought back to normal.
Stay tuned for things to get compromised between two parties very soon.
